Terms of Service/ Refund & Exchange Policy

  • Request for an exchange or refund MUST happen within the first 3 days after your package has been delivered. For special situations based only upon our preference an exchange may be possible. In  order for you to exchange or return your hair ALL hair MUST be returned unworn, unaltered  with all tags and seals intact within the first 3 days of delivery. Any alterations will prevent hair exchange. This includes but is not limited to any hair that has been cut, combed, fingered combed, and brushed.  Any hair that has been wet, dyed, bleached  or conditioned may not be exchanged
  • There is a restocking fee of $20 for all allowed exchanges/refunds unless there was an error on our end. No exceptions.
  • By LAW and Florida Health Regulations we are obligated  and required to uphold these standards.  We will NOT make any exceptions.
  • If we decide to allow an exchange/refund BUYERS are responsible for RETURN SHIPPING COST.  WE  WILL NOT pay or reimburse buyers for any returned shipping fees foreign  or domestic unless there was an error on our end.
  • You may cancel your order once it has been made within the first 24 hrs. Cancellations are considered refunds and we will not honor any cancellations after the 24 hr period has passed.
