The processing time takes on average of 5-6 business days. This is only an estimate based off average processing times and may be longer or shorter than the 5-6 days mentioned. Weekends and Holidays are NOT business days.
Closures and wigs. will need more time to process, anywhere between 5-12 business days due to the time it takes to create the wigs, and closures. Thank you for your patience!
There is a delay during the holidays and any promotional dates. On average the delay is about 3 business days however this can extend up to a week in delays.
After your order is done processing we will email your tracking number to the email provided at checkout. Please make sure your email is accurate as this is where all your order updates will go.

We will ship your package using the States Postal Service (www.USPS.com) Priority 2-3 day mail after your order has completed processing.

Please place the order on a date that will give you enough time to receive your order before your hair appointment. Processing time can not be expedited or expressed. However the shipping time can be expressed.

Orders will be shipped via USPS (www.USPS.com) after the allowed processing time.
Shipping can range from 25$-$65 for international orders.
Any packages that are unclaimed and returned to us will receive a refund for the merchandise only. Shipping fees will not be credidted back.
Depending on your country your package may be subject to a customs tax or duty fee upon arrival. This extra charge is not a fee that KCS charges or the United states. Please check with your local customs agency to see if this fee will apply to you. If so you will be required to pay that fee to receive your merchandise.
